Beer Can Chicken
This is a top recipe I heard about recently, and any beer lover has to try it.
1 whole Chicken
1 can beer, I used a nice flavoursome Heineken
Herbs
The trick to this is to coat your chicken in whatever herb takes your fancy, then drink about a quarter of your beer can. Now shove the open end of your can up the chicken back end and stand it upright on your BBQ (I use a BBQ with a hood, much better for this).
What happens now is as the can gets hot, the beer starts to boil and all the nice beer steam helps to cook the chicken. After about 40 mins (check the bird is cooked first) you should have a tasty, beery chicken.
